ME, MYSELF AND COOKING

I am a self-taught chef & baker who never stops learning through innovative experiments and my passion to cook for and feed others.

​

Growing up in India watching my grandmother and mother in the kitchen, my passion for cooking came naturally. The spices and their flavors always excite and inspire me to create palette-able flavors. I believe more in techniques than in recipes. Flavors from Maharashtra, the state I come from in India, often form the base of my cooking and I love to fuse and pair those with flavors from around the world.

I believe cooking is a personal and caring process that brings family and loved ones together. It is always a pleasure and honor for me to cook in your home and bring food and people together.

I also am a trained hydro-geologist and avid traveler-photographer.
